The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Core PHP and related technologies alongside proven leadership and project management skills.Key Responsibilities:- Build or bring your team. (Very important. You will be proving your ability to be a team leader by bringing other junior and senior developers and/or BA as you join and over time. This ability of yours proves how you are considered by other people in your world and if people love to work with you and be in your team.)- Mentor team members and manage performance reviews.- Lead and manage a team of 57 PHP developers juniors and freshers).- Plan, execute, and deliver 50100 small to mid-sized projects a year, along with 34 big projects and 1 large-scale project parallelly.- Oversee project timelines and quality and ensure on-time delivery.- Bring your A-Game in everythinghiring, building your own team, improving processes, bringing ideas with your experience to the table, mentoring and/or training, and leading your team.
