Roles and Responsibilities: Build an email list of prospects via online search for a specific region. Develop opportunities by sending email to new prospects. Qualify the Leads and pass onto the Business team for sending proposals and closing business. Achieve and exceed KPI's based on emails sent and passed on to the team. Develop an active pipeline of prospects for the senior sales team. Preferred Skills: Excellent English communications skills both verbal and written. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Have the desire to build high volumes of daily databases of prospects over a sustained time period, to meet the KPI's set by management. Have working knowledge of Email Marketing and other online lead generation processes. Must have knowledge of LinkedIn Leads through Sales Navigator & other tools. Have adequate skill sets required for B2B sales. Excellent time management, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Team player, self-motivated, willing to work for a startup. Want to work in a target driven sales environment.
