Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled C++ Developer with strong expertise in building market data feed handlers for derivatives exchanges, specifically within the Indian financial markets. This role demands low-latency systems knowledge, scripting skills, and familiarity with messaging protocols and network diagnostics tools. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain market data feed handlers for various Indian derivatives exchanges . Ensure high-performance, low-latency processing of real-time market data. Work closely with trading and infrastructure teams to optimize data flow and system performance. Implement efficient parsing, processing, and transformation of exchange protocols into internal formats. Collaborate in debugging production issues and enhancing data delivery reliability. Required Skills : Strong programming skills in C++ , with a focus on performance optimization and low-latency systems. Intermediate Linux skills, including shell scripting and command-line tools like grep , awk , sed . Advanced scripting experience in Python for automation and testing. Basic understanding of networking protocols : TCP, UDP, Multicast, Unicast. Familiarity with packet capture tools (e.g., Wireshark, tcpdump , tshark ). Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience with Ruby scripting. Exposure to high-performance messaging libraries like Tibco RV, 29West LBM, Aeron, or similar. Knowledge of exchange market data formats and protocols in the Indian trading ecosystem (e.g., NSE, BSE, MCX). The Wissen Group was founded in the year 2000.
