C2C Recruiter (US IT STAFFING) ***NIGHT SHIFT*** Hyderabad (Begumpet) Branch Baanyan Software Services is looking for OPT Recruiter - US Staffing. We are looking for young and energetic professionals to join us. Positions are open for Hyderabad-Begumpet location. Job Requirements: Experience needed 2 years and above as a Technical Recruiter in US IT Staffing. Able to source resumes on assigned requirements. Good Knowledge on Tax Terms like C2C/W2/1099 Scheduling, coordination and ownership of end-to-end recruitment cycle. Submitting candidates' resumes to the hiring managers for further scrutiny or consideration. Timely communication with the candidates and keeping them posted with updates on their candidature. Engage regularly on an on-going basis with the candidates through email and voice calls. Sound knowledge in the IT Industry. Negotiation & Convincing Skills. Proficiency with MS Office Ability to work as a good team player.
