Any Project specific Prerequisite skills Mainframe Focus Has to work in 12 to 9 PM IST shift Detailed JD 6-8 years of Development and Support experience in Mainframe Focus Should have end to end hand on experience in developing & maintaining Mainframe Focus reports Strong ability to gather and analyse requirements and translate them into technical specification Ability to create complex reports with multiple criteria and Using advanced selection criteria and functions Ability to Work with multiple files and databases and use of Data merging and joining techniques Experience and well versed with Mainframe Focus debugging techniques for productivity improvements Led the team in build and test activities Deep understanding of all lifecycle components code test deploy Ability to present designs to peers and Product Owner for approval Troubleshooting and debugging code to resolve technical issues Optimizing application performance to ensure efficient use of software resources Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
