Read more on https://www.reelo.io About the opportunity This role offers the opportunity to handle comprehensive financial management, from calculating incentives, TDS, and tax deductions to preparing monthly PL reconciliations. You ll manage key compliances (GST, PF, ESIC) and collaborate closely with the CA to prepare financial statements. The position also involves optimizing departmental ROI, streamlining recurring invoicing, and ensuring legal compliance, making it ideal for those looking to deepen their expertise in finance and accounting operations. What will you do Calculate incentive reports, TDS deductions, and tax deductions. Charge customers for services and create recurring invoices. Calculate department-wise ROI. Prepare reconciliation of PL (Accrual vs. Cash) on a month-on-month basis. Manage salaries, PF, ESIC, GST, TDS compliances, and vendor payments. Coordinate with the CA to assist in creating financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Make Tally entries and conduct GST calculations. Update key metrics of the company on a daily basis. Collaborate with internal departments to gather financial data, provide insights, and support decision-making processes. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of financial processes and procedures. Ensure the company is fully compliant from all legal perspectives, including GST, Professional Tax, PF, ESIC, TDS, and returns. Qualifications: Chartered Accountant with 1 to 4 Years of experience. Numbers Oriented Person. Solid knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and GAAP. Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Excel for financial analysis. Experience with financial statement preparation and analysis. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments. Knowledge of relevant accounting standards and regulations.
