Job Description: CA Mentor As a CA Mentor at Lakshya, you will play a crucial role in guiding and supporting students pursuing the Chartered Accountancy (CA) qualification. You will be responsible for providing academic mentorship, exam preparation support, and professional development guidance. This role combines teaching, coaching, and personal mentorship to help students navigate the rigorous CA curriculum and successfully achieve their certification goals. Key Responsibilities: Conduct one-on-one and group mentoring sessions for CA students across all levels (CA Foundation, Intermediate, and Final). Develop personalized study plans and learning strategies based on individual student needs and progress. Track students academic performance through regular assessments and provide actionable feedback. Guide students on exam preparation, revision techniques, time management, and effective study practices. Clarify doubts and address student queries related to CA syllabus, exam structure, and ICAI regulations. Stay updated with ICAI syllabus changes, exam patterns, and industry trends to ensure relevant guidance. Organize mock exams and practice sessions to help students gain confidence and exam readiness. Provide detailed feedback on mock exams and help students identify areas for improvement. Support students in identifying relevant articleship and internship opportunities for practical training. Collaborate with faculty members, mentors, and academic teams to ensure consistency and quality of academic delivery. Participate in academic events, webinars, and student orientation sessions to engage and motivate learners. Maintain accurate records of student mentoring sessions, progress reports, and other academic interactions.
