The Civil Engineer will be supporting the construction document for the land development projects. This is going to include site layout, site utility design and storm drainage system, water lines and sanitary sewer system. Site Layout Design: Develop site layouts that optimize land use, accessibility, and aesthetics, considering factors such as topography, zoning regulations, and environmental constraints.Utility Design: Design and prepare construction drawings for site utilities, including: Storm Drainage System: Design storm drainage systems, including culverts, ditches, and detention/retention ponds, to manage stormwater runoff effectively and prevent flooding. Water Lines: Design water distribution systems, including pipe sizing, layout, and connections, ensuring adequate water pressure and flow for all users.Sanitary Sewer System: Design sanitary sewer systems, including pipe sizing, layout, manhole placement, and lift stations (if required), ensuring proper wastewater conveyance and treatment.Construction Documents: Prepare complete and accurate construction documents, including plans, profiles, details, specifications, and quantity takeoffs.Code Compliance: Ensure all designs comply with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as industry standards.Permitting: Assist with the permitting process by preparing necessary documentation and coordinating with regulatory agencies.Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with other engineers, architects, surveyors, and contractors.Technical Review: Review and check engineering drawings and calculations for accuracy and completeness.Problem Solving: Identify and resolve engineering challenges related to site design and utility systems.Software Proficiency: Utilize relevant engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD Civil 3D, StormCAD, WaterCAD, etc.) for design and analysis.

The Candidate should have Good Command on AutoCAD software and Experience of drafting related to Civil Engineering. The Candidate will be assisting Civil Engineers for construction documents. Production of land development projects. AutoCAD Drafting: Create and modify civil engineering drawings using AutoCAD, including site plans, grading plans, utility plans (water, sewer, drainage), and details.Construction Documents: Assist Civil Engineers in the preparation of construction documents, including plans, profiles, sections, details, and schedules.Land Development Projects: Produce drawings related to land development projects, such as residential subdivisions, commercial sites, and industrial parks.Plan Revisions: Revise existing drawings based on engineer markups, field changes, and client feedback.Drawing Standards: Adhere to company drafting standards and best practices.Coordination: Coordinate with Civil Engineers and other team members to ensure accurate and timely completion of drawings.
