Job Description: CAD Engineer Company: Spacewood Office Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Work Location: Pune, Maharashtra Work Mode: Onsite Experience: 4 to 7 years Roles and Responsibilities: Create detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings for modular furniture and office solutions. Develop and modify designs based on project requirements and customer specifications. Ensure accuracy, feasibility, and manufacturability of designs. Collaborate with production, quality, and project teams to optimize designs for efficiency. Prepare BOM (Bill of Materials) and technical documentation. Ensure compliance with industry standards and company guidelines. Assist in prototype development and resolve design-related issues. Work with suppliers to finalize materials and components as per requirement Conduct design reviews and incorporate feedback for continuous improvement. Education: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Skills Required: Proficiency in AutoCAD, 2D and 3D Strong understanding of furniture manufacturing processes and materials will be an add on Knowledge of engineering drawings, GD&T, and design principles. Ability to analyze and optimize designs for production feasibility. Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities.
