Job Description

A Sr. CAD Operator is responsible for creating /Maintaining technical drawings for Target Stores using computer-aided design (CAD). The role requires a curious learner with strong leadership skills, capable of reading and interpreting complex store layouts across building types. The ideal candidate will have deep understanding of Store layouts and drawings, an aptitude for problem solving and a commitment to continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities : Using CAD software, such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks, to prepare technical drawings Working with engineers and other professionals to produce drawings that meet their specifications Developing related technical documents / presentation such as scope documents, document drawing themes. Ensuring that all drawings are accurate and meet industry standards Maintaining a library of standard drawing templates Updating existing drawings as new information becomes available Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Architecture(B.Arch)/Engineering(B.Tech) /PGD Design Technology or Draftsmanship. Relevant Retail experience in Indian / International retail Sample Drawings or Portfolio required. Experience: 3+ years of experience in Architectural, retail drawing process and drawing managements. Successfully working on large volume of stores proficiency in Revit Software Skills: Strong Drawing skills and technically accurate according to the outlined specifications in drawings. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to supervise junior CAD professionals Fluency in spoken and written English; competency with the Imperial Measurement System.
