Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled CAE Engineer with expertise in Hypermesh and Ansys APDL to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in finite element analysis (FEA) and simulation, with the ability to solve complex engineering problems. Key Responsibilities: Perform meshing and pre-processing using Hypermesh for structural and thermal analysis. Develop and execute finite element models in Ansys APDL for static, dynamic, and nonlinear simulations. Optimize designs based on simulation results and provide technical recommendations. Validate and correlate simulation results with physical test data. Collaborate with design and engineering teams to improve product performance. Required Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in CAE, specializing in Hypermesh and Ansys APDL . Strong understanding of FEA principles, material modeling, and boundary conditions . Experience in linear, nonlinear, thermal, fatigue, and crash analysis . Good problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment. Bachelor's/Masters degree in Mechanical / Aerospace / Automotive Engineering or a related field.
