We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Cafe Executive to join our team! This role involves preparing beverages, managing counter sales, and ensuring an outstanding guest experience. If you have a love for coffee, great communication skills, and a knack for customer service, we'd love to meet you! Key Responsibilities: 1. Beverage Preparation & Service Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, smoothies, and other specialty drinks. Ensure high-quality presentation and consistency in every drink. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the beverage preparation area. 2. Counter Sales & Operations Greet and assist customers with menu choices, promotions, and orders. Manage inventory for beverages and counter supplies, restocking when necessary. 3. Guest Experience & Cafe Ambiance Provide friendly and efficient service to enhance the overall customer experience. Address customer inquiries and resolve any concerns promptly and professionally. Maintain a welcoming and tidy caf environment. 4. Teamwork & Compliance Work closely with team members to ensure smooth cafe operations. Follow all health and safety regulations, including food handling and cleanliness standards. Assist in opening and closing duties as required. Requirements: Prior experience in a cafe, restaurant, or hospitality role is a plus. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation (training provided if needed). Flexible with work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
