Job Description: We are looking for a US Bench Sales Recruiter (Fresher) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and a willingness to learn the US IT staffing process. As a Bench Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for marketing our bench consultants (IT professionals available for projects) and placing them with direct clients, implementation partners, or prime vendors. About the Role: As a US Bench Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for marketing bench consultants to clients and vendors, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong client relationships. Your role will involve sourcing, screening, and recruiting top IT talent, managing the recruitment lifecycle, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities: Understand the US IT staffing market and Bench Sales process.Market bench consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC, etc.) to clients, vendors, and direct hiring managers.Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, clients, and hiring managers.Source new clients and job opportunities for bench consultants.Negotiate contracts and rates with vendors and clients. Maintain a database of consultants, vendors, and clients for future opportunities. Ensure consultants are placed on projects within the shortest time. Work closely with recruiters and account managers to identify the right opportunities.Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and ensure smooth onboarding of consultants.Track and maintain submissions, interviews, and placements. Preferred Skills: Minimum 1 to 5 years of Bench Sales experience is requiredStrong communication skills (Fluent in English).Ability to handle multiple consultants.Basic understanding of IT technologies (preferred but not mandatory).Self-motivated, energetic, and a quick learner. Knowledge of LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other job boards (preferred).Willingness to work in US Time Zones (Night Shift). Education:Education: Any bachelor's degree (preferred in IT, Business, or related field).
