Calibration Engineer

Job Description

Role Overview Responsible for ensuring the Quality level for the qualification & calibration activities carried. Executive qualification & calibration activities for various instruments and equipments as per procedures within pre defined time frame. Illustrative Responsibilities Ensure that qualification & calibration activities are planned and executed within time frame defined by the procedure and equipments are released on time as per the pre defined schedule. Responsible for handling the data related to qualification and calibration related activities Responsible for keeping own training records up to date Support to resolve non conformance. Responsible to ensure that Environment, Health and Safety Rules are complied in all the fields of your activities. Support to execute and implement current pharmaceutical regulations and pharmacopoeias in the laboratory. Responsible for coordinating with lab supervisors / system owners for handling of any non conformances or escalations Comply with G ood M anufacturing P ractices(GMP) / G ood L aboratory P ractices(GLP) To be aware of the technological development under laboratory Prepare and send reports as and when required. Any other work given by management from time to time Quality & Compliance Should have basic knowledge on the safety procedures and processes. Should have basic knowledge on quality and laboratory systems. Required skill Strong attention to detail. Support timely delivery of projects Good team player Able to perform calibration of Temperature sensors, Humidity Sensors, Pressure/ vacuum Gauges, Ovens, Refrigerator, Muffle Furnace Flexible on work time. Mandatory skill set required Able to meet deadlines and ability to work under pressure. Proactive communication. Job Requirements Degree / Diploma / ITI in engineering.
