Job Description

We are seeking a Calibration Engineer to join our QA department. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our measurement and testing equipment through calibration and maintenance. Key Responsibilities Calibration: Calibrate and maintain measurement and testing equipment according to established procedures. Ensure all equipment is calibrated and maintained in accordance with regulatory requirements. Quality Control: Identify and resolve calibration-related issues affecting product quality. Collaborate with production and QA teams to ensure equipment is properly calibrated and maintained. Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of calibration activities, including certificates and reports. Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement in calibration processes and procedures. Implement changes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. Required Qualifications and Skills Bachelors degree in engineering (B.E./B. Tech) in Mechanical, Instrumentation or related fields is preferable. Strong knowledge of calibration principles and procedures. Experience in calibration and maintenance of measurement and testing equipment. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and documentation skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
