RecruitmentWrite JDs, manage end to end funnel of posting jobs, conducting first round of interviews, closing positions within TAT.Develop and execute recruiting plans to meet the hiring requirementsCoordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs and schedule interviews2. Employee OrientationCreating onboarding plansConduct employee orientation to newly hired employees by educating them on HR policies, internal processes, etc.3. General HRSupport HR head by being point of contact for the employees and HODs for the businessAssisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functionDeal with employee requests regarding HR functionEnsure adherence to policies and act as an internal control representative Identify and implement practices to improve employee morale and motivation4. PayrollAssist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)Possess knowledge of the labour laws, ensuring compliance with the Provident Fund, ESI and other statutory acts.Ensuring timely payouts of salaries to employeesExit Management5.
