Job Description: We are seeking a female representative, aged 35+, with a strong command of English, basic Hindi, and Telugu. The candidate should have experience in customer handling within a call center, demonstrating excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities: - Handle incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries. - Process orders and resolve issues related to products and services. - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication. - Document customer interactions accurately in the system. - Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency. - Provide training and guidance to new team members as needed. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center role. - Proficiency in English, with basic knowledge of Hindi and Telugu. - Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented attitude. Salary - 20000 INR to 30000 INR (Per Month)
