Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Call Centre Executive fluent in Bengali to join our healthcare customer service team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls related to patient inquiries, appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and providing support for hospital services. The role is strictly work from office and demands a high level of communication and customer-handling skills. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls related to patient inquiries, appointment bookings, and service information. Communicate fluently in Bengali and Hindi/English to assist a diverse patient base. Coordinate with hospital departments for patient support, service availability, and timely response. Maintain call logs, update patient records, and ensure accurate data entry into the hospital system. Provide empathetic and patient-centric service aligned with hospital standards. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor. Maintain confidentiality and follow hospital protocols at all times. Required Skills and Qualifications: Any graduate 1-4 years of experience in a call centre, preferably in the healthcare/hospital sector (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply). Must be fluent in Bengali (verbal), with working knowledge of Hindi and/or English. Good computer literacy and experience in handling CRM/HMIS systems preferred. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage high call volumes.
