Shift : Night Shift (USA Timings as per IST) Qualification : Graduate (Preferred) Experience : 1 year or more. Job Overview: ONLY THE CANDIDATES WHO ARE LOCATED IN AHMEDABAD OR GANDHINAGAR(GUJARAT) will be eligible for this role. ENGLISH FLUENCY MUST. ****NIGHT SHIFT***** We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Call Center Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, be tech-savvy, and demonstrate a strong commitment to punctuality and attendance. This role requires the individual to handle inbound and outbound communication effectively via calls, emails, and live chat. Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in Medical related campaigns and/or have experience as a receptionist/Admin office for a USA based company. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries efficiently through calls, emails, and live chat. Provide prompt and professional responses to customer concerns and issues. Maintain clear and fluent communication in English at all times. Attend internal meetings with the camera ON to ensure effective communication and participation. Demonstrate technical proficiency to navigate various software platforms and troubleshoot basic technical issues. Accurately document customer interactions and update records in the company's CRM system. Follow company protocols and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information. Requirements: Fluent in English (both verbal and written communication is mandatory). Comfortable working night shifts in alignment with USA timings. Proficient in using computers, communication tools, and customer support software. Willingness to engage in video calls during internal meetings with the camera ON. Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. A high degree of punctuality and regular attendance is essential.
