Our Auto Part Sales business: Customers call us to get a quote for used engine and transmission for their cars and trucks and buy it from us if we are able to offer them a good deal. Typical engines and transmissions sell for anywhere between $700 to $4000. Inbound Sales Agent: At this position you will be receiving 10-20 calls/day and selling engines and transmissions. Besides your fixed monthly salary, you make an incentive of Rs. 5000-Rs.20000 per week based on sales you make. You must have a minimum 2 years of tele-sales experience with any US B2C Sales based project. Team Leader (TL - Sales): At this position you will be closing sales yourself in the beginning to understand the entire process and thereafter leading a team of highly skilled salesforce.Besides your fixed monthly salary, you make an incentive based on your teams performance which would range in between Rs. 20000-Rs.50000 per month. You must have a minimum 2 years of tele-sales experience with any US B2C Sales based project as a Team Leader. About Us: We are an auto part sales company based in the US. ( www.RockAutoParts.Store ). 1. With us you would not be calling cold leads. You will either be handling inbound calls or super high intent inbound leads. 2. We have one of the largest inventories of used auto parts so there would never be any part which we would not have and no price that we can not beat. 3. You would be working on the best platform/CRM as we use Zoho CRM. You will have a dedicated US number using which you can call and text customers and even they can call/text you back on the same number. You can also send and receive emails using the same platform. 4. Best training and ongoing support: We pride ourselves to provide one of the best training in the industry. About this job : With us, you will be getting calls in English and selling them auto parts as an ISA/CRMC. You must have 100% English communication skills. Working hours are Monday to Friday . 8:00 pm IST to 5:00 am IST. This includes 1 hour of break time. 30 minutes for lunch and 2 breaks of 15 minutes. About salary & incentives : You will have a monthly base that is paid on the 10th of every month for the days that you work the previous month. The monthly base salary amount will be decided once we meet you on Zoom for your interview. Besides the base salary, you will be paid weekly incentives of (Rs. 5000 to Rs. 20000). All the incentives are paid weekly/monthly.
