Job Description

Role & responsibilities To receive a calls from within & outside hospital. To provide the required information to callers. To transfer the calls to concern & appropriate department &/or person. To maintain the records of doctors availability and non -availability. Give appointments to patients. Give out correct information to callers, patients & relatives about any camp. Preferred candidate profile Good verbal communication skills Computer Skills and numerical skills Polite and patient Understand the emergency and priority To give accurate and tactful explanations to visitors, patients and hospitals employees and in recording exact information for messages. To exercise high degree of tact and poise and occasionally overcoming language barriers. To understand and apply knowledge of medical terminology. To develop cordial relations with other departmental personnel.
