Roles and Responsibilities Structured tasks and goals, set priorities, organize information, efficiently execute daily tasks. Managing, motivating and instructing all operational team members to deliver the company's targets. Hire, onboard and train call center personnel Train, and manage a team of call center representatives Collect and Analyze call center statistics and adjust processes to meet or exceed goals Create weekly reports for Senior Management Oversee the daily workflow and scheduling of telemarketing staff. Monitor and review phone calls to ensure quality service and compliance with applicable policies and best practices. Desired Candidate Profile Maintaining significant visibility in each part of the daily operation, whilst serving as primary informational Efficient utilization of equipment and labour Experience in customer service is required Proficient in MS Office and call center equipment/software programs Excellent organizational and leadership skills with a problem-solving ability Proven experience as call center manager or similar position
