Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Representative, located in Chennai. The Call Center Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves managing incoming calls, addressing customer questions, and escalating issues as needed. Representatives will also need to maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
