We are looking for energetic and competent Call Centre Executives who will be primarily responsible for connecting with the buyers and sellers and pitch Toolsvilla's product and services . This is an exciting opportunity for any motivated individual that strives to make a difference & change B2B procurements in the country. Principal duties and responsibilities Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner Identifying customers’ needs, clarifying information, researching every issue and providing solutions. Manage relationships with existing customers/ sellers & key stakeholders. Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets Requirements Prior experience as a Call centre executive.
