Job Description

Working timing -08:00 AM- 03:00 PM or 03:00 PM-03:00PM-10:00 PM) Working location -Client location- Malleshwaram Monitor individual and team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Customer Service through calls. Maintain Internal & Client level delivery quality on calls. Ensure timely and accurate service delivery at defined productivity levels Preferred candidate profile At least 5-7 years of experience of working in a call centre of which 3 years should be in managing Call centre team and Operations. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Experience driving a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Knowledge of compliance requirements and process controls.
