About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Work on carrying out sales conversion along with the team through telecalling and WhatsApp CRM messaging 2. Work on training and educating the sales team in telecalling and chatting to increase the sales conversions 3. Handle escalated calls, complaints, questions, and queries as necessary 4. Work on reporting to management daily, weekly, and monthly about the sales matrix 5. Work on carrying out team meetings and actively participating in the monthly and weekly meetings 6.
