Our goal is to expand to 2000 stores by 2026 to ensure a hyperlocal presence across India. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Centre Executive located in India. The Call Centre Executive will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing exceptional customer service, managing inbound and outbound calls, and converting inquiries into sales. Daily tasks include managing customer support requests, resolving issues efficiently, maintaining customer records, and ensuring client satisfaction at all times. Qualifications \n Excellent Customer Support and Customer Service skills Strong Communication and Contact Center experience Proficiency in Sales and ability to convert inquiries into transactions Ability to manage and resolve customer issues efficiently Positive attitude and strong work ethic Experience in the service industry is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification is a plus Show more Show less
