Job Description

Team Leadership and Management: Oversee team performance, set goals, provide feedback, and address any issues that arise. Monitoring and Evaluation: Track call metrics, monitor employee performance, and provide coaching to improve skills and productivity. Training and Development: Onboard new team members, conduct training sessions, and stay updated on industry trends and regulations. Problem Solving and Escalation: Handle escalated customer issues, find solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction. Performance Reporting: Analyze data, prepare reports, and identify areas for improvement. Compliance and Policies: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulations. Collaboration and Communication: Work with other departments, management, and team members to achieve goals. Process Improvement: Identify and implement strategies to optimize procedures and improve efficiency.
