Job Description

Position : Call Quality Team | Retail Broking Location : Mumbai (Lower Parel) Job Description: Regularly monitor and evaluate advisor -customer interactions by listening to call recordings to assess adherence to quality standards, and proper call handling procedures, and identify areas for improvement. Call Quality Assurance collaborate with training teams to develop and deliver targeted training, programs based on identified skill gaps, new product/service launches, or changes in policies and procedures. Prepare comprehensive reports on quality assurance findings, performance trends, and recommendations for process improvements. Preferred candidate profile Qualification: Graduation/Post Graduation Experience : 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in Retail Broking Industry.
