Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller located in Bareilly. The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential and existing clients, providing detailed information about our services, addressing client inquiries, and scheduling appointments. Daily tasks include maintaining and updating client records, handling outbound and inbound calls, and facilitating communication between clients and the sales team. Qualifications Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills Experience in customer service and client handling Basic knowledge of real estate industry practices Proficiency in using call center software and CRM systems Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent time management and organizational skills Fluency in English and local language is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred Show more Show less
