Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Caller at Raj Krishna Industries, located in Bareilly. The Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to clients and customers, handling inbound inquiries, providing product information, tracking orders, and resolving customer issues. Additional responsibilities include updating customer databases, maintaining records of client interactions, and collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications Excellent verbal communication and listening skills in Hindi & English Customer service experience and proficiency in handling customer queries Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure Basic computer skills, including knowledge of customer database systems Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Experience in a call center or customer support environment is a plus High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in communication or related fields are advantageous.
