Job Description

We are hiring for one of our multinational client for the role of Campaign Specialist (Oracle Eloqua ) based out at Mumbai/Remote. PFB the details: Industry: Chemical (MNC) Payroll Company: Randstad India Location: Mumbai/Remote Position Overview The Marketing Campaign Specialist plays a critical role in executing successful email marketing campaigns , with a strong focus on demand generation and lead nurturing . Operating from a Shared Service Centre , this specialist collaborates with regional business marketing teams to develop, deploy, and optimize email marketing strategies and reports. Reporting to Dows Global Commercial Excellence function, the ideal candidate will have expertise in email marketing best practices , keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. This includes campaign creation, email design, performance tracking, A/B testing, audience segmentation, and Oracle Eloqua proficiency. Key Responsibilities Email Campaign Deployment & Management Collaborate with Marketing Communications to create visually appealing email templates and content , including subject lines, body text, graphics, and CTAs, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign goals. Work with Marketing stakeholders to understand campaign objectives and target audiences. Manage and segment audiences within Eloqua and Customer Data Platforms (CDP) for targeted and effective campaigns. Schedule and execute email campaigns using Oracle Eloqua and Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform (CDP) while monitoring and troubleshooting deployment issues. Design landing pages and forms to support campaign objectives. Performance Tracking & Reporting Track and analyse key email performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, etc.). Generate reports with actionable insights to improve future campaigns. Create and manage Campaign IDs (CIDs) within Eloqua for tracking and reporting. Conduct A/B testing and other optimization techniques to enhance email engagement. Compliance & Best Practices Ensure all email campaigns comply with GDPR and other data privacy regulations , as well as Dow best practices . Maintain data privacy protocols to ensure compliance and database accuracy. Collaboration & Support Implement, maintain, and test lead scoring models to optimize automatic lead qualification . Support marketing technology/capability management with routine maintenance activities. Provide training and support to team members and new hires on email marketing tools and techniques. Critical Success Factors Strong organizational skills , with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects. Ability to work effectively in diverse, cross-functional teams across multiple regions. Sense of urgency in meeting commitments and completing campaigns on schedule. Analytical mindset, creativity, and a customer-centric approach . Excellent verbal and written communication skills . Understanding of digital marketing trends and a curiosity for innovation in the field. Required Qualifications Education : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Technology (or related field. Experience : 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital communication and campaign management, preferably in a B2B environment. Technical Skills : Strong proficiency in Oracle Eloqua , including end-to-end campaign setup, email design, landing page creation, and audience management . Ability to analyze campaign performance data and provide data-driven insights . Preferred Skills Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is an added advantage. Knowledge of best practices in email marketing and digital campaign optimization . Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is an advantage. Eloqua certification or other marketing automation certifications . Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) for audience segmentation and management.
