Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic intern to join our business team and play a vital role in our Campus Ambassador Program. The intern will be instrumental in supporting our efforts to connect with schools, colleges, students, and government job aspirants, helping them achieve their professional goals. This role involves close coordination with educational institutions and students, with a focus on facilitating skill development, promoting business etiquette, and fostering independence. Responsibilities: Provide end-to-end support to school and college students in becoming Campus Ambassadors. Address queries and ensure effective communication related to skill enhancement initiatives. Assist Campus Ambassadors in lead generation, data management, and related tasks. Collaborate with the design and social media teams to support Campus Ambassadors in creating and distributing design-related materials. Maintain regular communication and build strong relationships with Campus Ambassadors, schools, and colleges. Track and report on the progress of Campus Ambassadors and the overall effectiveness of the program. Identify opportunities to improve the Campus Ambassador Program and enhance its impact. Organize and participate in online and offline events, workshops, and training sessions. Qualifications: Graduate with a strong academic record. Basic knowledge of MS office tools. Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to commit to a 6-month internship.
