Job Responsibilities: University Engagement: Establish and nurture partnerships with universities, faculty, and student organizations to strengthen employer branding. Recruitment Strategy: Design and execute sourcing strategies, organize career fairs, and manage on-campus interview processes. Talent Sourcing & Selection: Leverage multiple sourcing channelsincluding job portals (Naukri), LinkedIn, and othersto identify and attract high-quality candidates. On-Campus Activities: Coordinate and conduct impactful campus engagements such as webinars, workshops, and recruitment drives. Pipeline Management: Ensure a smooth transition from candidate selection through to onboarding, maintaining a steady talent pipeline. Candidate Experience: Deliver an inclusive, engaging, and efficient hiring process focused on candidate satisfaction.
