Work on minor enhancements to continuously improve our data and analytics solutions, platforms, and data, incorporating feedback from stakeholders. Maintain comprehensive documentation of support processes, fixes, and enhancements, ensuring knowledge is shared across the team. Participate in the development and implementation of data governance policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Technical Expertise: Provide training and guidance to team members to enhance their Power BI/SAP/Azure Synapse skills and knowledge, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
