Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Captain to join our hospitality team. As a Captain, you will be responsible for supervising restaurant operations, ensuring top-notch guest service, and leading the service team to create a memorable dining experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in food & beverage service and team leadership. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily front-of-house operations Ensure excellent guest service standards and satisfaction Greet and interact with guests to ensure a positive experience Manage reservations and table assignments efficiently Train, guide, and support service staff Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service Monitor inventory and assist in stock requisition as needed Follow and enforce company policies, procedures, and safety regulations Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality management is a plus Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or hotel Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant software is an advantage Professional appearance and demeanor Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Work Location: In person
