Immediately looking for a HR professional who will be responsible for 60-70% inhouse recruitment and 30% generalist/ core HR activities. Responsibilities:Implementing and managing HR policies and proceduresManaging recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checksCoordinate induction and onboarding process for new placements, including documentation, introductions, and training. Maintaining employee records and updating HR databasesConducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employeesAddressing employee relations issues and resolving conflictsPreparing and presenting HR-related reports to managementManaging employee separation processesQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field3-8 years of experience in HR or a related fieldFamiliarity with HR-related laws and regulationsProficiency in Microsoft OfficeExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to maintain a high level of confidentialityDetail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks
