We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager for our medical equipments specializing in CR/DR/X-ray equipment, to oversee the sales activities in the Delhi NCR region. The ideal candidate will have a technical background (Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Biomedical Engineering) and at least 5-8 years of hands-on experience in the sales of medical devices, specifically CR/DR/C-ARM/X-ray machines.Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy and ExecutionDevelop and execute sales strategies for CR/DR/X-ray machines in the assigned territory (Delhi NCR).Identify new business opportunities and drive product sales.Build and maintain strong relationships with Customers/Hospitals/Clinics,Develop Channel partners in various regions which are unexplored.Market Analysis and Reporting:Conduct market research to understand competitor activities, pricing strategies, and industry trends.Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate product solutions.Product Promotion and Demonstrations:Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical training for customers.Provide in-depth technical knowledge and guidance regarding product features, benefits, and applications.Customer Relationship Management:Build long-term relationships with existing and new clients to ensure repeat business.Address customer concerns, offer post-sales support, and ensure customer satisfaction.Sales Target Achievement:Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.Implement effective sales processes to meet company goals and increase market share.Collaboration with Internal Teams:Coordinate with the marketing, service, and technical teams to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.Assist in coordinating product installations and after-sales service where necessary.Educational Qualification: A Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Biomedical Engineering is mandatory.Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of experience in sales of medical equipment, specifically CR/DR, C-ARM, or X-ray machines.Skills & Expertise: Strong understanding of medical imaging equipment (CR/DR/X-ray/C-ARM).Technical proficiency in understanding and explaining product specifications and features.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building customer relationships.Ability to handle sales negotiations and close deals effectively.Location Must be based in or willing to relocate to Delhi NCR.Salary: 70,000 to 75,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications.Why Join Us:Competitive salary and benefits.Opportunities for career growth and professional development.Work with a leading manufacturer of medical imaging equipment.Be part of a dynamic and supportive team environment.
