Job Description: We are looking for B2C sales executive with min 6 month- 1yr of experience & from EdTech domain. Responsibilities: Drives business development and lead generation to acquire new customers and grow them Drive B2C sales by counselling new leads and converting them into customers Achieving exceptional conversion on in-coming leads from marketing Focus on existing large accounts and expand them with a focus on recurring revenue stream Achievement of key metrics of conversion and revenue consistently Work very closely with the team for lead development and customer success Leverage sales tools available to drive efficiency Strong phone and interpersonal skills High energy level fast-paced personality Motivated by goal attainment and performance measurement Must be tech-savvy. Able to articulate and evangelize the value of hybrid cloud IT solutions in the current market The best candidate for this role should or could have: 6+ Months of experience in B2C EdTech sales and education industry BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience required A technical background in engineering, computer science, or MIS a plus Good communication, written and negotiation skills knowledge of current Cloud trends Proven experience in B2C Sales; selling preferably in a Technology Company or a SaaS product company Knowledge about using Excel and PowerPoint to build reports and charts Key Personal Attributes: Strategic and Process-oriented thinking Proactiveness - Be proactive in understanding the needs of our customers/clients Relentless learner and the passion to pick up recent technologies
