Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Career Counselor who will be the first point of contact for our incoming leads. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage prospective students, understand their career goals, and convert them into AdSkool learners through counseling and demo class scheduling. You will play a key role in the end-to-end admission process, from strategizing marketing campaigns to final conversions. Key Responsibilities: Lead Engagement & Conversion: Connect with inbound leads provided by the digital marketing team. Counsel students about our programs, understand their interests and aspirations. Schedule and coordinate demo classes. Ensure a smooth and personalized onboarding experience to convert prospects into enrolled students. Marketing & Campaign Collaboration: Work closely with the digital marketing team to strategize campaigns targeting specific audiences. Provide feedback and inputs for optimizing lead generation efforts. Admission Process: Own the end-to-end admission cycle including counseling, follow-ups, enrollment, and documentation. Maintain clear and timely communication with students throughout their admission journey. Reporting & MIS: Regularly update and maintain student data and lead status. Create and share daily/weekly MIS reports on lead flow, conversions, and performance analytics. Student-Centric Approach: Build a genuine rapport with students and guide them based on their career interests. Address student queries promptly and effectively. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any discipline 1+ years of experience in student counseling, ed-tech sales, or admissions preferred. Strong communication and persuasive skills Good understanding of sales funnels and student behavior. Proficiency in using CRM tools, Google Sheets, and data reporting. Must be target-driven and student-focused with a solution-oriented mindset.
