Provide tailored career guidance and profile explanations to align with individual skills and aspirations. Collaborate with personal recruiters to secure interviews and enhance candidate resumes through strategic marketing. Offer technical support and coaching to help candidates excel in interviews. Maintain transparent communication with candidates, providing weekly reports and updates. Ensure post-placement support with our unique 1-year warranty service. Candidate Profile: We are seeking candidates who possess: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A passion for mentoring and guiding others.
