Job Title: CASA Sales Officer Job Summary We're seeking a highly motivated CASA Sales Officer to join our team. As a CASA Sales Officer, you will acquire new Current and Savings Accounts, cross-sell banking products, and build strong relationships with internal teams. Key Responsibilities - Acquire new Current and Savings Accounts from the branch catchment area - Source high-quality Recurring Deposit (RD) and Fixed Deposit (FD) accounts - Activate new accounts, UPI accounts, and savings balances - Cross-sell insurance and other banking products - Participate in branch activities, migration events, and micro-marketing activities Requirements - Any UG/PG degree - 1-3 years of experience in banking sales - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Salary and Benefits - Salary range: 2.42LPA - 3.75LPA (depending on experience and location) - Additional incentives and benefits Locations - Chennai, Madurai, Salem , Trichy, Tirunelveli, Coimbatore , Velllore, Kanchipuram, Pondicherry How to Apply Jayalakshmi-HR Contact: 8056431831
