Role & responsibilities TELEMARKETING Elite Caller OUTBOUND/INBOUND/NRIThe CASAGRAND Telemarketing Elite caller team will be working on the high-ticket leadallocated to them through pre-sales software, i.e. Salesforce/Sell.do. They will connectwith the customer to identify the prospect and allocate the same to the sales team(SVC/Sales).ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES• Executives should follow the shift timings as per the business requirement. (Between7 AM to 1 AM- Rotational)• Executives should be flexible for shift timings, extensions & weekend workings.• Daily, executives should dial a minimum of 250 calls (based on operation requests,this would be Dialed up to 350 calls per day as per business requirements).• Adhere to scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices, etc. andpresent their benefits• Good knowledge in and around Chennai Locations - Routes• To meet the daily allocation target of 5 per day (Applicable for 1 month as a newBee).
