The Category Manager - Decor will lead market research and manage product categories, focusing on material offerings, pricing, and innovative design solutions. This role requires a strategic and analytical individual with a strong design sensibility. Key Responsibilities: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, materials, and pricing. Develop and execute category and design strategies. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors for materials and pricing information. Maintain strong vendor relationships throughout the process. Present creative design concepts and detailed proposals. Stay updated on the latest wedding decor trends and innovations. Support cross-functional teams and assist in maintaining the business catalogue. Requirements: Bachelors or Diploma degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Textile Design, Event Design, Fine Arts, or a related field preferred. Proven experience of 4-5 years as a Category Manager - Decor or similar role, preferably within the wedding/event industry. Strong analytical skills and design sensibility. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Proficiency in design software and tools is a plus. Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
