Responsibilities: Discover profitable suppliers and initiate business and organization partnerships with manufacturers Initiate & Develop White label products Negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous payment terms Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers at Top Levels Make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company Foresee alterations in the comparative negotiating ability of suppliers and clients Expect unfavourable events through analysis of data and prepare control strategies Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements Control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs & improve bottom line Ensure that the products and supplies are high quality & are supplied from verified source Requirements Type of companies/sectors worked for: Healthcare Companies Responsibilities managed in previous organization: Procurement process, contract negotiation, vendor management Language Proficiency: Read, write and speak fluently in English, Hindi Computer/Technical Skills (if any): MS Office, MS Excel Behavioural Competencies Possess strong negotiation skills and have a good understanding of the product market. Good interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders in a diverse community.
