Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Analyst to join our Core Banking Support (CBS) team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PL/SQL and extensive exposure to the Flexcube product. This role requires a deep understanding of various Flexcube modules and processes. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Flexcube modules, including CASA, LOANS, GLs, etc. Manage and execute Flexcube End of Day (EOD) and Beginning of Day (BOD) batch processes. Develop and maintain PL/SQL scripts to support business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and enhance system performance. Ensure timely and accurate resolution of support tickets. Document technical specifications and support procedures. Skills & Competencies: Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical support role. Proficient in PL/SQL. Hands-on experience with Flexcube product and its modules (CASA, LOANS, GLs, etc.). Knowledge of Flexcube EOD/BOD batch processes. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the banking or financial services industry. Familiarity with other core banking systems.
