Designation Trainee Location Chennai Office Department Human Resource Sub Department CCTV Operation Job Purpose : To monitor and operate the CCTV system for the premises to ensure safety and security of employees, assets and property by preventing and detecting suspicious activities in real- time. Principal Accountabilities: • Monitor live and recorded CCTV footage across all surveillance cameras. • Identify, record and report any suspicious activities to the concerned authority. • Maintain logs and reports of daily activities, incidents and equipment status. • Ensure proper functioning of CCTV equipment and report malfunctions or failures for timely repair. • During investigations provide relevant footage and visual evidence. • Maintain strict confidentiality of all surveillance data and adhere to data protection regulations. • Ensure only authorized personnel access the CCTV control room. Knowledge • Basic knowledge of computer operations and Microsoft Office tools. • Knowledge of surveillance software and video playback systems. Skills • Time management • Record keeping and report preparation. • Effective communication Skills & Qualifications: • Any Graduate. • Minimum 02 years of experience in CCTV operation (preferred).
