Reports To: Regional Manager/Director Location: Kalyan Mumbai Working days - 6 days a week Position Summary: The Center Head is responsible for the overall management and leadership of the unit. This role requires a dynamic individual who can foster a positive environment for children, staff, and parents while maintaining operational excellence and educational integrity. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Management: Curriculum Oversight: Staff Development: Parent Engagement: Operations Management: Quality Assurance: Financial Oversight: Crisis Management: Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (Masters preferred). Minimum of 5 years of experience in early childhood education, including leadership roles. Strong understanding of child development principles and early childhood education standards. Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Experience managing a team and working with diverse groups of stakeholders.
