Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Center Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our educational/training center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring student satisfaction, maintaining operational efficiency, and meeting enrollment and revenue targets. Key Responsibilities:Oversee the daily operations of the center ensuring smooth and effective functioning. Supervise and manage center staff including trainers, counselors, and administrative personnel. Ensure high levels of student satisfaction through effective service delivery and conflict resolution. Achieve monthly and quarterly admission and revenue targets. Implement marketing and outreach strategies to increase center footfall and brand awareness. Maintain records, student databases, and ensure timely reporting to higher management. Coordinate with academic and operations teams to ensure curriculum delivery and class scheduling. Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and standards set by the organization. Monitor infrastructure, safety, and cleanliness of the premises. Handle inquiries, walk-ins, and resolve escalated issues effectively. Train, motivate, and evaluate team performance for continuous improvement.
