We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Center Manager to lead our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the center, leading a team of educators and staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and education to children. Key Responsibilities: 1. Center Management: Oversee the daily operations of the center, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and procedures. 2. Team Management: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of educators and staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and education. 3. Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with parents, staff, and external stakeholders through excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Petty Cash Management: Manage petty cash transactions, ensuring accurate accounting and reconciliation. 5. Quality Assurance: Ensure the center meets quality standards, implementing quality improvement initiatives as required. 6. Health and Safety: Ensure the center maintains a safe and healthy environment for children, staff, and visitors. 7. Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks, including record-keeping, reporting, and budgeting. Requirements: 1. Qualifications: Postgraduate degree and Diploma in Early Childcare Education or B.Ed degree. 2. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Center Manager in a similar setting. 3. Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills. 4. Knowledge: Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles, practices, and regulations.
